1. Program Description

SonoLinq, LLC ("SonoLinq," "we," "us," or "our") operates an SMS notification program that delivers transactional and account-related text messages to users who have opted in. Messages may include, but are not limited to: booking confirmations, shift reminders, assignment status updates, payment notifications, and important account alerts.

2. Consent & Opt-In

By enabling SMS Notifications within your SonoLinq account settings or during the registration process, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from SonoLinq at the mobile phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchase or use of any SonoLinq service.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You may receive up to several messages per day during active booking or assignment periods. Typical users receive between 1 and 10 messages per week depending on platform activity.

4. Message & Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. SonoLinq does not charge a fee for SMS messages; however, your wireless carrier may charge for incoming or outgoing text messages. Please contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SonoLinq SMS notifications at any time using either of the following methods:

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from SonoLinq. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Log in to your SonoLinq account and toggle off SMS Notifications in your profile or account settings.

After opting out, you will not receive any further SMS messages unless you re-enroll. Note that opting out of SMS does not affect other notification channels (e.g., email or in-app notifications).

6. Help & Support

For assistance with SMS notifications, reply HELP to any SonoLinq text message, or contact our support team at support@sonolinq.com. You may also visit our Help Center for more information.
