One Click Repeat Coverage
After a completed assignment, a "repeat this exact coverage" (or something like that) button becomes visible in user profile and with one click t copies time, modality, package, location, preferences, special instructions, billing mode...everything (you just would have to input the new dates of service requested). Then, a "book the same sonographer if available" option pops up with options "yes / auto find best match", which you simply select one, then you're completely done submitting another coverage request!
Instant Credential Packet
Upon confirmed coverage booking an instant downloadable/shareable packet becomes available to the client which contains details such as, sonographer credentials, certifications, onboarding documents, any facility required forms, contact protocol (how to reach the sonographer), etc etc. Many times the client will try to find this information themselves, but if SonoLinq could just provide like a full profile summary of their sonographer they can feel at ease and completely informed.

Instant Demand Signal
For sonographers, instead of passive browsing for assignments/requests/job, an alert is sent saying something like "high demand today: Vascular/North Dallas/+ urgency premium". This will be designed to draw more attention to high volume and urgent days where sonographers can quickly go in and accept jobs from a list/bucket that is full and overflowing.
Auto Recovery Mode
If payment fails, instead of a hard stop, SonoLinq automatically offers options like, retry card, switch to invoice (if eligible), admin review request, alternative payment method. The goal is for users to not hit dead ends, rather, they hit guided recovery from the intelligent SonoLinq platform.
